Current MVP note: Excel A–U is treated as the source layer; V–AI is temporarily used as the normalization layer. Country naming, conversion attribution and campaign taxonomy should be signed off before the production client launch. The dashboard deliberately shows blank efficiency metrics when the denominator is zero.
